Operations is a crucial role at Order. You keep everything running efficiently. You are extremely organized, candid, and are passionate about creating and maintaining structure. You have an understanding of design and are willing to learn. You are a curious and passionate self-starter who is excited to build the team and  company with us.  

Along with the partners, you are the face of Order for prospective clients and the ambassador for our brand as you manage existing ones.

You know our values, work, and processes inside and out, and can communicate them clearly to prospective clients. You are also candid with your feedback about how to improve our process.

You love communication, language, research, and strategic thinking without the industry jargon.

You are curious, organized, detail oriented, and know that if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. You love managing projects and getting the best out of teams.

You believe there is an art to building and maintaining effective systems. Every detail matters to you. From the office appearance to a presentation deck, you know every facet of the new business process is a finessed and curated approach, tailored to each prospective client.

Above all, you want to be a part of a team making beautiful, high quality work that has real usefulness to our clients.
