HAPPY HOPS IPA - Russian River Brewing (Santa Rosa, CA)
Happy Hops was originally brewed by the Grace Brothers Brewery in 1944 in Santa Rosa, where Russian River was founded. Grace Brothers Brewery went out of business in the 1960’s, but the folks at Russian RiverBrewing wanted to resurrect “Happy” as a new fun beer to enjoy! It is also a way for them to pay homage to the Grace Family and their brewing pioneer history. Happy Hops is a classically hoppy IPA with an immense hop aroma, flavor and a mild bitterness brewed with both new and old hop varieties, giving this beer bold aromas and flavors with notes of tropical and stone fruits. 6.5% / Pint: $7
