Commissions Terms of Service

By commissioning my services, you are

agreeing to the terms listed below:

General Terms

Please be precise and as clear as possible when describing your request.
Please provide references! If no references are provided, the commission will be considered a Character Concept piece.
Here is what is and is not allowed:

Fanart

Creatures

Mecha/Tech

Furry/Anthro Characters
Acts of Hatred/Violence/Gore

NSFW

Racist, homophobic, or any kind of bigotry towards any groups of peoples

Extreme/Unusual Fetishes (wonder bread, deforestation, etc)

Note: If you don’t know if it’s a fetish, don’t be afraid to ask!

Any likenesses to real persons must have permission to use said likeness.

If you are under 18 and would like to use your own likeness, please get a parent or guardian’s permission first!

I do not draw fanart for commissions because I do not have the right to sell the likeness of those characters.

Payment

Commissions are to be paid in parts after the sketch is confirmed. When you are satisfied with the sketch outcome, I’ll take half then, and the rest when the commission is finished.
Payments are usually taken via PayPal invoices. If you are unable to use PayPal, we can work something out. Ko-Fi is also a viable way to pay, and I highly recommend it!
Prices may vary depending on the requested drawing.

Process

It takes roughly 5 days to fully complete a commission. This includes all breaks taken in between, so you can expect it done within 5 days after placing your order.
Works In Progress (WIP) can be requested at any time, however, revisions are changes you’d like to make to the design itself (if no reference is provided).

Revisions depend on the price of the commission:

Under $20: 1 revision
$20 - $50: 2 revisions
$50 or over: 4 revisions

Use of my commissions for merchandise will result in a charge of $20.
Personal use for my commissions bears no extra charge.

Please do not resell my commissions to any third parties for monetary profits.
As the artist, I hold the rights to the drawings, while the commissioner holds the rights to the design. Any misuse of my commissions will result in my retraction and will be asked to be removed from any sites or merchandise.

Cancels & Refunds

The purpose of revisions is to prevent refunds, so please make sure you are satisfied with the final design before completing payment.
If you wish to cancel your commission, the details will not be thrown out--Instead, they will be saved for future use, should you choose to return to the commission. There is no charge for this.

Here is a list of prices for my commissions. All prices are USD. I take payment through PayPal, Ko-fi, and Cashapp.

Vtuber Models: $70

(Vtuber models are not eligible for discounts)

Character Sheets and Concepts:

$80 per character
Includes front, side, and back view
4 expressions
Fully Colored

Additional characters per image will be +60% base price per character.
Example: 2 chibi character sketches will be $16.00 as opposed to $20.00 for two separate images.
3 would be $22.00 and so on.

Emotes

Emotes: $20 per emote; $80 for 5
*Follower emotes are 50% off!*

Miscellaneous:

Avatars/Icons/Profile Pic: $25

Panels: $5 per panel; $35 for 6+

Banners: $15

Commission terms of service are subject to change at any time per my discretion. Any price changes will be informed before the payment is due should the commissioner need to cancel. There are no cancellation fees, and the project will be put on hold until further notice.
