Getting started with eServices

Register for eServices

When cadets first join CAP, they must register for eServices.  To do that, go to capnqh.gov, and click the link under the First Time Users heading on the right that says Click here to register.

In the following page, you’ll need to enter your (the cadet’s) last name, last 4 digits of your SSN, your DOB, and the email address you used when signing up for Civil Air Patrol.  If you entered everything correctly, you’ll get a pop up saying that you were emailed a link to set your password.  Check their email, and click on the link in the email from DoNotReply@capnhq.gov.  You should then be able to set a password, and login to eServices.

Perform OPSEC Training

Once you’ve registered for eServices, and set their password, they must complete Operations Security (OPSEC) training and agree to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or they will not be allowed access to eServices, the Web Mission Information Reporting System (WMIRS), or any other CAP system that requires a unique login and password.  They will be shown this message upon logging into eServices, and can click the link to take the training.

Once you’re done with this training, you’ve completed your eServices set up!
