Hello, I was following up for an interview with my media and mental health podcast. The info on your web site makes me more enthused, so much so that I went ahead and snagged a copy of your DVD. That would give me time to watch the movie and allow sufficient time for interview prep. Brian Black Mental Health Film Comment

I never truly understood the damaging effects that shame & guilt have on our personal power, that was until my talk with Lois Hollis. At the age of 77 she still looks & feels 50, such an amazing lady who overcome some major illnesses by green juicing daily as well as her childhood abuse, from releasing the shame & guilt that she had held all her life
She says “Shame and guilt reinforce each other to produce negative emotions such as anger, depression, anxiety, addictions, traumas, etc. They infiltrate our emotions with stealth precision that causes our struggles from low confidence to suicide”
~You have made a positive influence in my life that has taken me to a new level, and I thank you. Thank you so much for your insight. I feel as though the walls have been chiseled out from around the cube, fresh air is circulating! Patricia Isenhour Artist
After our last session which had to do with releasing shame. I traded my grin for a smile. My face still hurts from smiling so much. Christine
~Shame and guilt apply 100% to the negative self-talk. I would be happy to have you on the podcast to talk about your work and how it would help anyone having a rough time. Lucie Quigley the rollercoaster podcast
