Introduction
Hello! I am Kasi RM The Artist.
Thank you for commissioning me.
Here is my commissioning term of services!
Before we get started, I want to ensure that we're on the same page and that you understand my terms of service. As a digital and traditional artist, I offer my services wholeheartedly and want to provide the best experience for my clients, and I'm here to help you bring your unique vision to life. To ensure that our collaboration runs smoothly and that we're both happy with the final result, I have a few terms of service that I ask my clients to abide by. These terms are designed to protect both of our interests and ensure that we have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the commissioning process.
So please take a moment to review my terms of service before we begin.
If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to me via email at krmejia0929@gmail.com, Instagram direct message @kasirmtheartist, or Facebook messenger @KasiRMTheArtist.
I'm excited to work with you and bring your vision to life through art!

- References (include but not limited to):
- Pictures of the character/OC :
- Picture(s) of pose idea(s) :
- Pictures of background(s) :
- Pictures you like the mood/colours of :
- Description: (i.e: who, doing what, where, when, why, for what)
- Any other things you can think of, or deem important (optional)
Commission process/Workflow
After sending me the filled form, I’ll ask for more details if needed and answer any of your question(s) ! Then, I’ll come back to you before 24 hours to give you my quote price. The invoice will be detailed and I will explain why I am charging what. If you deem the price unfair, we can discuss it together and come to a solution.
After finding common ground, getting the first invoice & giving the completion date, I’ll start working on your commission.
I’ll sketch some ideas with black and white values, then show them to you so you can choose and/or tweak one to your liking.
You can expect 4 sketch ideas.
I’ll colour the sketch of your choosing.
You can expect 4 colouring styles.
You can choose one that is to your liking.
- Step 3: Refining/Rendering stage
I’ll refine the artwork, meaning working on details in the background and character(s). This is what your commission will look like after I render it.
I’ll be adding final effects, details, and filters. You’ll receive 4 detailing styles files. You can choose one to your liking.
Finally, you will receive a signed digital file via email. If the file is too big, I’ll use another image hosting website.
Once the commission is finished, no more changes or edits can be made.
Every commission I make, I’ll post it on social media with the watermark on it. If you allow me to, I will credit you for commissioning me. In the case you rather not have the commission posted, I will send you a document to sign stating you DO NOT give me, the artist, to PUBLISH your character for commercial purposes.
- Step 6: Traditional Artworks
The process for traditional artworks are a bit different. I will send you images of the sketch, you pick the sketch to your liking. The colouring stage will have 2 colouring styles you pick from. Then, I will update you after I complete the refining stage. Once I get to the detailing stage, I am getting ready to ship the artwork to you. I will then ask for your address to ship the artwork to you. After I gather the shipping fee (I will send through UPS), I will add that to the invoice. After I receive payment, I will ship it to you and also send you the tracking number.
Revisions
- Commission revisions are the next :
- Graphic Design: 3 revisions during sketch, colour & refining stage.
- Digital Art: 6 revisions during sketch, colours & refining stage.
- Traditional: Revisions during sketch. NO REVISIONS on colours & refining stage.
- Additional revisions after the steps stated previously will be charged 5-10% of base price, depending on complexity.
- If you wish to change a part of the painting you have previously approved, I will charge you an extra fee.
- In the case where artistic freedom is given, I will work based on my judgement. However, if the client requests a scrapping of the scene in its majority or entirety, they'll be charged again.
- Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free.
