Covid 19 Update (18/03/2020)

Current Government & medical advice on the coronavirus pandemic has just been updated and can be found on https://www.gov.scot/news/people-advised-to-limit-social-contact/ 

The aim is to try and slow down the spread of the infection and is requesting that we all stay at home as much as possible and avoid unnecessary social contact.

There is a particularly worry about those (incl. hashers) who are 70 and older and those with underlying health conditions.  These groups are being STRONGLY advised to stay at home and SIGNIFICANTLY reduce unnecessary social contact.

The Aberdeen Hash House Harriers committee believe the only way to keep hashing, staying fit and healthy is to maximise our enjoyment of the countryside; is by making significant changes to how we behave pre/during & post the hash:

In order to achieve this we need to minimise contact with each other and other members of the public (social distancing).
