I am from a small soft plaid pink blanket on my bed. From a comfortable white pillow and the hard chapter book.

I am from the big white house on Nottingham Circle.

I am from the lilac bush outside.

The big maple tree.

I ‘m from hazel eyes and brown hair.

From Giuliana and Nick.

I’m from being late and pinching.

And from not closing the door.

I am from eat your vegetables.

And the abcs.

I’m from going to California.

I’m from New Hampshire and Italian and Portuguese.

Chive dip and pesto.

From my great grandmother came from Austria,

small wooden box.
