Resource mentoring first year (whoever you need for the specific question with Soon-Ah as direct proactive mentoring support.) Move to paired mentoring in second year. Dept. chairs in discipline will identify adjuncts that should apply to the adjunct program. Adjunct’s will need to identify a mentor that they want to work with as part of their application. Classified Professionals will be able to participate as mentors in the classified mentoring program after 5 years here. They can apply to be mentees after one year of service. Will also be an application process. Supervisors need must support application. Mentors and Mentees program is also being expanded to Grossmont and Mesa. If anyone wants to be site coordinator for City, apply to Soon-Ah.
