CCP Checklist - Southern State and University of Cincinnati Courses at BHS

• Sign up to take the American History, Comp I, Comp II, Introduction to Chemistry, College Chemistry, Government,American, Literature I, American Literature II,Readings In Early British Literature,Readings In Later British Literature,Business Management I or Business Management II, Principles of Crop science,Agricultural Economics,or Livestock Feed and Feedings on the scheduling form.

• Go online and complete theCCP Acknowledgement Form 2025-2026 by April 1 for summer and all year or November 1 for spring semester only.
• Complete Intent to Participate form(located in the guidance office) by April 1 for summer and all year or November 1 for spring semester only.

• Complete the onlineSouthern State Community College CCP Application by June 1.
• Complete the online University of Cincinnati CCP Application by June 1.

• CCP students must have a 3.0 cumulative high school unweighted GPA OR a 2.75 to 2.99 high school unweighted GPA and you must also have a B in at least one high school math class OR ACT with 18 in English and 22 in math/408 reading and 530 math.  If you do not have a high school GPA (current middle school student) you need to have a report card.
• If you have an ACT or SAT score that is college ready (see numbers needed above), go to act.org or collegeboard.org, pay the fee and have the scores sent directly to Southern State Community College or UC. Scores must be received before June 1 to be reviewed for the program.  

• Complete the required CCP Permission Slip with your application.
• Once admitted to CPP you will be sent information about participating.

• Take the Accuplacer(students must complete an online application before signing up to take the  Accuplacer)
