Email Students & Parents

In the Synergy GradeBook, the ‘Communication’  tool is a one-way outbound message interface, to prepare messages to your rostered students and their parents.  It does not receive or thread messages. This tool is located in 2 places:

-- To email a single student and/or the family, click a student photo from the Home screen and select ‘Communication’:

-- To email a group of students and/or multiple family members, hover over the Home menu and select ‘Communication’:

With either choice, the Communication message window opens, in which you can compose the message:
