Lifestyle Balance in Recovery Worksheet

Oftentimes, recovering individuals go back to their lives focusing their efforts entirely on maintaining sobriety. However, this often means they end up neglecting other important aspects of their lives. Soon enough with their life out of balance, they desperately seek the high they used to get from their addiction leading to relapse

Lifestyle Balance means your recovery goes hand in hand with all the other important facets of your life. The goal is never to just live in sobriety but to thrive and excel in sobriety. It means recovery was just another part of your life that you achieved and now other goals and aspirations await. There is still so much you need to work on to become a better and healthier version of yourself!

In the space below, jot down all the other aspects of your life that you believe you need to focus on now alongside your recovery journey to continue to strive to become a better person.
