Changes for the 18-19 School Year

Last year Pattonville began using Naviance “Family Connection” as a tool for students and their families in grades 6-12 to begin making plans about colleges and careers by exploring students’ interests. Naviance has updated their student site to be more engaging and mobile-responsive and have given it a new name: Family Connection is now Naviance Student. It is easy to use with familiar layouts and workflows. Naviance Student, just like Family Connection, is accessible to both students and parents. Users who already had a username and password for Family Connection will use that same login for Naviance Student through the link on your school’s website or directly at the URL listed below:

Pattonville High School:

Student logins are the same as their PowerSchool login (NOT email!), parents use a registration code to login to their guardian account separately.

New User?

If you are a new parent/guardian user, you will receive a registration code shortly after the start of the academic year. This code will give you access to Naviance Student as well. If you have any questions, please contact the high school at 314-213-8051 or by email.

What is Naviance Student?

Naviance Student allows your student to:

Get involved in the planning and advising process – Build a resume, complete online surveys, and manage timelines and deadlines for making decisions about colleges and careers

Research colleges – Compare GPA, standardized test scores, and other statistics to actual historical data from our school for students who have applied and been admitted in the past

Research careers – Research hundreds of careers and career clusters, and take career assessments

Create plans for the future – Create goals and to-dos, and complete tasks assigned by the school to better prepare your student for future college and career goals.

Naviance Student also lets us share information with you and your student about upcoming meetings and events, local scholarship opportunities, and other resources for college and career information.
