Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Password Security

When you log in to your SNPL Admin account, other users will not be able to access your information, even if they know your account number, without your password. To prevent other people from accessing your information, you should keep your password confidential and secure and be sure to sign off from your web session if you are using a shared computer or mobile device.You can change your password by logging into the dashboard and we recommend that you do change it periodically.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

Location usage on mobile app

When you download and/or use SNPL Admin Mobile App through your device, we may receive information about your location and your device, including a unique identifier number for your device, device model, operating system, versions, software file names and mobile network information. We may use this information to provide you with location-based  services including but not limited to updating subscriber’s location, tracking technician location to allocated tickets based on proximity to subscriber and update location of leads for deployment. When you use the mobile app through the telecommunication device, we collect your data. If you permit the app to access your location through the permission system used by your mobile operating system. We may also collect the precise location of your device when the App is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from Your IP address.
