GUEST INFORMATION

WELCOME 

Welcome to your home! Natali and Tom desire to make your stay tranquil, comfortable, and filled with ‘easy buttons’. The first thing always desired is the WIFI name and password - WIFI Name - LiWithMe, Password - tunnelvision64.

PARKING

Right hand side of the house when looking at the front of the house.  Please park as far right as possible in the driveway to provide room for our car.

CHECK IN

Check in at 3 PM w/flexibility. Please call or email if you would like to arrive earlier. 

CHECK OUT

Check out 11 AM. No need to take out the trash or strip the beds.  Please text Natali when you leave the Airbnb.   Leave comments in the Facebook Guest Book, and deregister your Amazon Prime accounts on all TVs you have utilized during your stay.

CONTROLLING ROOM TEMPERATURE

The temperature is controlled by Alexa voice commands using the Amazon Echo Dot in the living room - "Alex, set the temperature to 68 degrees”, "Alexa, set cooling to 70 degrees", "Alexa, What's the temperature in the house?", "Alexa, Turn off the heat", "Alexa, Is the thermostat on?", "Alexa, Set thermostat to auto mode", and more.

HOT TUB AND SAUNA

The hot tub and sauna both have bluetooth enabled speakers. Please keep the temperature of each lower, and the hot tub covered, when not using it.  The sauna bluetooth is BT Speaker, and will appear on your smartphone bluetooth connection once the sauna is powered on.  The hot tub bluetooth is My Spa BTXR, and can be connected to your smartphone using these instructions.

OUTSIDE

Gazebo contains a seating area, fire pit (smores), and a tiny fridge to place beverages to have for refreshments and relaxation after the ride. The grill (extra tank in second bedroom closet), hammock, fire pit in gazebo . There is a shower spout in the bike washing area.

BIKING

Tunnel Vision trailhead a 3 minute bike ride from Airbnb.   The bike supplies are in the closet located in the second bedroom.  This includes a bike stand, pedal, chain lube, pail, towels and soap to use in the bike watching area,   Information regarding the trails can be found on liwthme.com website.  The biking washing area includes a shower head if you desire to take a cold outdoor shower after a ride.  Bison Bike shop is located 8 minutes away.

URGENT CARE and HOSPITALS

The recommended facility is Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville.  It is a hospital emergency room.  The treatment has been phenomenal (broken ribs and deep contusions) and prompt - open all hours.  It is 25 minutes away.There are two urgent care facilities in Bella Vista - Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Bella Vista and Northwest Medical Plaza at Sugar Creek - both approximately thirteen minutes away.  However, LI  would not recommend these facilities as I received poor treatment and have limited hours.  Hopefully you will not need to visit any of these locations.  

RESPECT NEIGHBORS and GOLFERS

Quiet hours in the Bella Vista community are 10 PM to 8 AM.  Please respect the privacy and serenity of our neighbors.  It can be fun to heckle the golfers, but keep the harassment and interruption to a minimum.

IDIOSYNCRASIES

1. The gazebo fire pit automatic lighter does not function properly. Turn knob to ‘ignite’, and light with the lighter provided. 2) The remote for the gazebo fan is found in the fire pit compartment. 3) The sink in the bathroom has a push drain stop.

EATING AND DRINKING

We are not fans of big box stores. However, the Walmart Supercenter is located 5 minutes from the house. Bella Vista is not known for cuisine, but it is changing.  Bella’s Table opened in April 2024 - best cuisine in Bella Vista.  Bentonville has a number of fantastic options.  Find all details on the liwithme.com website.

OUTDOOR AND INDOOR ACTIVITIES

A local real estate agent has curated itineraries (https://www.allthingsnwa.com/3-day-itinerary-northwest-arkansas) for different types of three day adventures. He also has a newsletter (https://www.allthingsnwa.com/whats-going-on-in-nwa) that you can sign up for that will provide updates on great things happening in NWA.

TELEVISIONS

There is no cable as we are no TV watchers - prefer to be in nature. The televisions are equipped with Amazon Fire TV sticks.   You will need to register your Amazon Prime account on all TVs you will be using.  

GAMES

The outside games are located in the large walk-in closet of the second bedroom - the first bedroom has no closet.

CLOTHES WASHING AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

We can do your laundry for a nominal fee - call, text, or email us.  Let us know if you have any other special requests.

SMOKING AND PETS

Small dogs (under 20 pounds) allowed, no cats or other creatures, and no smoking inside.
