Driver Mobile Application Privacy Policy Agreement.
Lembert Computer Technologies Inc, is committed to keep the personal information collected from drivers who download this application to work with Any Taxi company using VDispatch App. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to assure that our customers commitment to our obligation not only to meet, but to exceed, most existing privacy standards
THREFORE, this policy Agreement shall apply to Taxi Companies using VDispatch App . and thus it shall govern any and all data collection and usage thereof. Through the downloading and use of this application you are herein consenting to the following data procedures as expressed within this agreement.
Collection of Information.
It is highly recommended and you are strongly encouraged to review the privacy policies and statements of this application you have downloaded and used as a means to fully understand the way in which other applications make use and share collected information.
Use of Collected Information
VDISPATCH APP may collect and may make use of personal information such as TLC driver’s license and GPS location to assist the company who the driver is affiliated with in the operations of this application and to ensure the fastest and accurate way the delivery of the car service requested from the affiliated company. At times, we may find it necessary to use your personal information as a means to keep you informed of the status of your request that may be available to assist you.
Use Location & Service
When you first launch our mobile applications, you will be asked to consent to the application's collection of location information. We currently require this location information in order to provide our Services, so if you do not consent to this collection, you cannot use our Services. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop our collection of location information at any time by changing the
preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, VDispatch app will no longer function. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove our app from your device
Unsubscribe of our app
All users of this application have the option to discontinue receiving communication from the drivers’ affiliated company and /or reserve the right to discontinue receiving the communication by way of email. To discontinue or unsubscribe from our application, please send an email stating that you wish to unsubscribe to vdispatch@yahoo.com with the word “Unsubscribe” in the subject area.
Security
Affiliated Taxi Service companies using VDispatch app shall take every reasonable precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security Office’s Servers and its information to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the users’ personal information under our control.
Credit Card Processing
Our client app does not provide credit card processing nor store any information related to credit card holders. Our drivers are equipped with square devices that are in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement
Lembert Computer Technologies Inc, reserves the right to update and/or change the term of our privacy policy. We will post changes to our website homepage www.vdispatch.com, so that our users are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any. We may disclose such information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
Acceptance of Terms.
Through the use of this application, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within this Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of VDispatch App . You continue use of this application following the posting of any updates and /or changes to our terms and conditions will be understood as you acceptance of, agreement to, such changes.
