Dear BHS Parent/Guardian,
In the days between August 6 and August 12, you will receive an email entitled “Contact Verification Portal” from Beverly Public schools that provides the instructions to connect to a link that enables you to review all the information and forms necessary for a successful beginning to your child’s school year.
You want to be sure that you have reviewed and responded to the following in the link:
If you have not received the email by Monday, August 12, check your spam folder to see if the email is there, and then if it is still missing, please contact Maddy August, District Data Coordinator at email@example.com
Freshmen families are encouraged to have these forms completed before the first day of school for freshmen which is Tuesday, September 3. Sophomore, junior and senior families are required to have these forms completed by the end of Virtual Day on Tuesday, September 3.
If you are not on the Aspen Family portal we encourage you to enroll. An email has been sent out this week to families who are not on the portal with instructions to create an Aspen Family portal account. If there are any questions about the Aspen Family portal, contact Maddy August at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need any assistance with the online process or prefer to complete paper forms, the high school will hold an Information Help day on August 20th from 10 to 12 and 1:00 to 3:00 in the main office lobby area.
Student’s schedules for the 2019-2020 school year can be accessed on the Aspen Family portal or the Aspen Student portal beginning on August 5 after 11:00 am.
