5		Extra Tryouts Extra Committee—has not approved coaches. Once coaches are approved, will send out via email. Then the Board will approve Selection of Coaches—Board Members who are up for coaches, will abstain from voting Board will approve— This weekend will release Girls coaches Boys have extra tryouts Season Fee (365) May have a team for every division Want to make sure that players have a good experience rather than forming team for the sake of forming a team Want to ensure that the values of AYSO are adhered to Extra G10 & G12 enrollment has really declined May need an Extra Chair—me to write Need Scheduler..Extra Chair…and IT person
5y		My 2021 Season Spring Program—waiting for proposal for coaching staff Open as skill and scrimmage Skills and scrimmage will be U5-U12 For kids who are not on a spring team Sunday afternoons Will open it up to the community How do we distribute information to the community—PeachJar is to expensive Will send flyer out for spring program Spreadsheet—Kate will create a spreadsheet with schools Sponsor Jog-A Thon Begin Mid-April $100 per player
6	Field and Safety	Field Permits/Availability Grass fields in Spring==School districts not permitting any school districts Clover Field is available— Currently permitted through June 14th Next Year Penmar in the Spring Field space with time change
7	Treasurer	Balance Spring Check Request Outstanding Invoices Sterling-Paid today Niky’s sports-haven’t received invoice Corporate Apparel Referee Uniforms—outstanding balance Field Permits—Winter is current Cotton Tail—Spring Chair to handle
8		.Women’s Leadership Initiative Don’t tend to do a lot in the Spring, do more in the Summer Equipment Return End of Year Celebration—because of COVID Melinda will send email to see about end of year celebration

	REgistration	Registration My2022 Registration InLeague (Beta Test) Open Registration Late April or early May This is because of the migration to new platform Affinity InLeague transferred records to Affinity This year we will open registration late, but next year will return to previous calendar Affinity-New AYSO Association Legacy AYSOU system will retire in 3/31/2022 Migration to eTrainU—which can access from InLeague My2022 Budget Will set it up—send the flat file Itemized expenses – Would like to maintain fees Partnership with Heja—Official Team Communication We can think about using it Offers ability to communicate with directly with coaches As of April 4th coaches who do not have SafeSport will be locked out of safehaven US Soccer still has link Gray will send email Track through InLeague All board members will need to take SafeSport every two years
	Ref report	AYSO Expo volunteer’s to take extra Town and Country in San Diego and to take classes—will be reimbursed Hybrid and face to face Haven’t seen the agenda Great experience—but it is a distance Doug has space for in-person training Intermediate Training Will not relax the rules now that we are out of Covid It is an honor system— Need to have 25 games
	Coaches	Need to ensure that coaches are directing players to keep elbows down.
