Welcome to EazyGPT! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EazyGPT Telegram bot and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by HONG KONG ZHONGHE TRADING LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Registration No. 77655814) with its registered office at Unit G15, Tin Hau Apple SOLO, 14 King's Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong ("we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a token package or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
"Bot" – refers to the EazyGPT Telegram bot @eazygptbot, which provides access to the Service.
"User" – ("you" or "your") refers to any individual who uses the Service.
"Tokens" – are the units of credit that you purchase to use the Service.
"Token Package" – refers to a prepaid bundle of Tokens that you can purchase.
Our Service provides you with the technical ability to send requests to and receive responses from various neural network models through our Bot. The number of Tokens consumed per request depends on the specific model used, the length of the request and response, and other technical parameters.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Telegram account in connection with the Service.
The Service is provided on a prepaid basis through the purchase of Token Packages. The current prices and details of available Token Packages are displayed within the Bot or on our website at https://eazygpt.ru/.
We reserve the right to change the pricing and terms of our Token Packages at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication in the Bot or on our website. We will notify users of material changes through the Bot.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store or process your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment partners.
You may request a full refund for a purchased Token Package within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not used any Tokens from that package. If you have used any Tokens, a refund is not available.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at cortexa.kg@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, where possible.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
· Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
· Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
· Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our computer systems or networks.
· Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
· Using the Service to create, distribute, or access content that violates intellectual property rights.
· Using the Service for automated, high-volume, or repetitive requests that strain our systems.
· Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code or internal workings of the Bot.
· Using the Service to generate medical diagnoses or medical advice. Any medical information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
· Using the Service for financial advice or investment recommendations without clear disclaimers that such information is not professional financial advice.
· Using the Service to generate, distribute, or promote illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material, weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or engage in any prohibited conduct. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any unused Tokens.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the Bot's software, design, and user interface, are and will remain the exclusive property of HONG KONG ZHONGHE TRADING LIMITED and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE RESPONSES GENERATED BY THE NEURAL NETWORK MODELS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE RESPONSES ARE PROBABILISTIC AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HONG KONG ZHONGHE TRADING LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE TOKEN PACKAGE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We are not responsible for any third-party services, including but not limited to OpenAI, Telegram, or any other external APIs or platforms used to provide the Service. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any third-party content, services, or websites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HONG KONG ZHONGHE TRADING LIMITED and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, b) a breach of these Terms, or c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HONG KONG ZHONGHE TRADING LIMITED regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website at https://eazygpt.ru/ or within the Bot. Your continued use of the Service after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the Bot.
