Q: Why am I seeing a disclaimer about streaming reliability?

A: Mountain Brook Schools recently made changes to the network infrastructure and this will be our first event to stream live to an outside audience since the changes went into effect. To be transparent, we’re offering this student-produced pageant livestream on an “as is” basis. We will do everything possible to deliver the event live, but we cannot guarantee the stream will be uninterrupted.

Q: Will I get a refund if the stream fails?

A: No. All ticket sales are final. By purchasing access you accept the stream “as is” and agree to our no-refund policy.

Q: What if the livestream experiences problems — will I still get to see the pageant?

A: We will record a local backup of the production on-site. If the live stream is interrupted, we will share next-step information with ticket holders via email explaining how and when a recorded version will be made available.

Q: Where will the stream be hosted?

A: The event will be available under Special Paid Events on our Spartan TV website at https://spartantv.live/special-events-on-demand/.
