Minimum 2 people per visit. Booking at least 1 day in advance. We only confirm a booking on receipt of payment. Cancellation no later than 24 hours prior to your visit.
Wine orders will be invoiced at the time of order. Wine, ordered by both retail and trade customers, will be shipped only upon receiving payment.
Free wine delivery within Australia is available only for orders of 6 bottles or more. Orders of less than 6 bottles will incur shipping charges that we’ll include in the total cost of your order.
Once we receive your order, we’ll be in touch to provide delivery and payment details. Wine will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.
Wine shipment is via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers or delivered by us (within 20km of Adelaide CBD and the Barossa Valley region). If the person accepting delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, a card will be left in the post box with information as to where you can collect your wine. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working days.
You can purchase grapes from us upon signing a Grape Sale Agreement and paying a deposit of $500. The balance is payable on the day of harvesting of the grapes, as per tonnage price.
Refunds of booking fees only if you cancel your Mill About Vineyard experience at least 24 hours before the date of your visit.
We guarantee that all wine orders leave Mill About Vineyard in perfect condition. Our wines are made with no preservatives or additives, and are closed with cork closures.
Please make sure that the wines are handled with care and respect, as per wine storing tips on this page.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for wine damaged due to inappropriate storage and handling.
Please contact us within 14 days should you receive wine that is damaged in transit, to arrange replacement or a refund. Our deliveries are covered by the Australia Post’s own insurance and any damages will be claimed back through Australia Post. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where necessary and will not be responsible for advice on damaged wine delivery received after 14 days.
