1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the digital service called “PreFire” available on the Discord platform. Use of the service constitutes full and revocable acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The Service Provider grants the User a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service. The Service Provider reserves the right to revoke this license if the Service is used in a manner that does not meet the requirements set out in section 3.

5. Data

Use of the Service constitutes consent to the processing and storage of data for the purpose of ensuring proper operation of the Service and analyzing its activity.

The User remains the owner of all content submitted to the Service. The Service Provider is not responsible for content submitted by Users.

The Service Provider does not sell data and undertakes to ensure its security by validating access and conducting regular audits.

Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data and other types of data related to the Service can be found in the Privacy policy, which constitutes an integral part of these terms.

6. Liability

The Service Provider undertakes to make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Service but does not guarantee its reliability.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use of the Service, including data loss, reduction in the size of a Discord server, or any broadly understood indirect damages.

7. Law

These terms, the operation of the Service, and the relationship between the User and the Service Provider are governed by the laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service, its operation, interpretation of this document, or the relationship between the User and the Service Provider shall first be resolved amicably.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration conducted by a permanent arbitration court competent for the seat of the Service Provider, in accordance with the rules of that court in force on the date the proceedings are initiated.

The jurisdiction of common courts is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Updates are announced on the Support Server and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
