 STEPS- to stay independent provides a free and improved short term support service to help you to stay living independently.

'STEPS to stay independent' provides a service to People aged 65 or over who face housing difficulties and people aged 18 or over who have a long term physical health condition and need advice and guidance to help them live life to the full. Sing and swing for Dementia- is a session to enjoy and sing to music for people with dementia and their loved ones. Free event with refreshments provided.Refreshments are included and the sessions will run from 2pm – 3.30pm every week.
