• Licensing Contract Committee -- we will continue to use single use letter for events until we create a contract for non-freehold, non-kingdom entities. Phil to take point
• Fundrasing Registration/Finances - $10,309.74 in account. $20,000 payment made to IP lawyers in December.

• Request from Pahyum a detailed breakdown of our IT costs.

• All paperwork for getting Phil onto the bank account has been done, waiting for confirmation from Wells Fargo.

New Business:

Kingdom Requirement Recommendations:

• Total average attendees: 120
• Two established groups that maintain 30 average player over the preceding 12 month period
• 250 miles between kingdom seats
• Proposal within two weeks for approval by AIBoD and recommend to CoM.

Kingdom Bid Review: Viridian Outlands

• Don’t currently meet the standard after removing one of their Duchies
• Do meet the proposed changes
• Kent to have a conversation with VO to let them know where they are

Kingdom Bid Review: Nine Blades

• Nine Blades does not meet the requirements for either standard
• Nine Blades was given bad and incorrect advice and information for meeting the requirements
• Rising Winds has a policy that a Principality must be dissolved after two years if they do not get elevated to Kingdom
• Kent to speak with RW to ask if they would be willing to offer an extension.

Tal Dagore private event

• Requesting a one off license to run a non-kingdom sponsored Amtgard event (RP based event)
• AI will provide him a one time letter for his event. We will need to review the bylaws of his corporation in the event the LLC is dissolved or the event is not run in the future.

Executive Director Position

• Vote to interview our current interview for our singular candidate for Executive Director. - Passed unanimous
• Kent to set up and conduct the interview

Northreach banning concerns:

• We are reaching out to the NR monarchy to gather information regarding recent suspensions and accusations of racism. We are doing this to ensure the AI contract is being followed as it pertains to federal regulations.

BL Appointed Positions will be changing. Annie Roberts will be replacing Diana Windsor before the next Board meeting.
