THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Dining in the Dark?

Fever Originals has been curating a series of exciting and immersive gastronomic experiences worldwide, collaborating with world-class restaurants to provide this truly unique dining in the dark experience.

Guests will enter a darkened room and blindfold themselves before enjoying a 100% sensory multi-course meal.

It's a genuine gastronomic experience that promises to enhance your senses by eliminating one of them: sight!

How does the menu work? Do I need to choose anything?

There's only one mysterious set menu, custom-created specifically for this event, featuring seasonal ingredients.

You just need to select your meat (red), seafood (blue), or vegan (green) menu preference! Let us know if you have any allergies upon arrival at the experience.

How do we eat in the dark? How will I know when I'm finished?

Be creative! Find a method that works for you; everyone has their own way!

How long will I be in the dark?
The maximum time you'll be in the dark is approximately 90 minutes if you manage to skip bathroom breaks! We advise staying in the dark for the entire event to fully live the experience.

How do I know where my table is?
Your table will be presented to you upon arrival, with the assistance of our staff, who will guide you to your seats.

When do I need to be there?

Check your tickets for your session's schedule. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before your session.

What if I arrive late?

We can allow entry if you arrive up to 15 minutes late. Later than that, entry is not permitted, as you won't be able to experience the full event, and we may refuse entry at the restaurant's discretion. However, we will always do our best to accommodate all guests.

Can I sit with friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends upon arrival at the restaurant. Ask the validation staff to arrange a table for you.

Tickets

Is the tip included in the ticket?

Tip is not included if you wish to leave a contribution.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used for the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don't need to print anything; just show your Fever ticket(s) at the venue. Tickets can only be validated by venue staff. Once validated, tickets cannot be reused.

Ticket Changes
Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed. Exchanges for other dates and/or times are allowed up to 72 hours before the originally purchased event start time and are subject to availability. Email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.

I can't make it on this date; will there be more available dates?

The event will have multiple sessions available with various dates. However, there will be a very limited number of tickets available per date, so we recommend securing your preferred dates early.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Ticket" on your ticket in the Fever app.

Venue Information

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we always ensure that our venues are wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking?

Valet parking is available, as well as discounted parking included.

Requirements and Restrictions

What is the minimum age to enter the venue?

There is no age restriction.

Will there be flashing lights, or will people be allowed to bring cameras to the event?

No, we have a strict no-cellphones policy to avoid camera flashes. The goal is to provide an authentic experience for everyone.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the venue?

No.

What drinks will be available?

This menu includes a welcome cocktail.

We also have a set drinks menu to complement the menu for additional purchase.
