The autopickup option is not working

1)Check in admin profile if option is on

2)When the app of called person is in background or device is in idle mode, autopickup option is not working due to device security issues. Solution is to keep app in foreground and disabling idle sleep mode on device. In app you can activate the dark screen timer to simulate idle mode.

The pictures are hard to see

Put in the admin menu 2x or 4x image magnification on

Sound is sometimes soft

1) Turn up the volume.

2) If this is not the solution. Change devices your mic or speaker might be broken.

3) Connect a speaker to amplify sound

How can the Android boot screen be overwritten?

When installing or in profile setting choose the startup screen override mode.

How can the Ios boot screen be overwritten?

Currently not due to security restrictions

Can I appoint another administrator?

No, if you remove the administrator the next in line will become administrator.
