Old Business
| Teri made a motion to approve the Organ Appeal Letter. Seconded by Mary. Passed unanimously. There was consensus to make the Junior Warden (rather than Roxanne or Dave) the point person for building maintenance and repairs. | Gary thanked Roxanne for the organ repair article in the electronic newsletter. The organ needs more work. The total cost of restoration is approximately $250.000. Before the Vestry meeting, Dave resigned as chair of the Property Committee. Several members of the Vestry expressed thanks for Dave’s leadership. Melanie will write job descriptions for both wardens. | |
New Business
| Roxanne will forward an email about the Diocesan Leadership Workshop to the vestry. Melanie has asked the diocese to pay for deep interior cleaning before the June 8 Bishop Lane appreciation event. We will hold an exterior cleanup day on Saturday, May 25, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm | ||
