  1. General Description

We are LH GLOBAL LIMITED ("we", "us" and/or "our") and we own and operate the Louis Limited website, platform, portal and/or mobile application (the "LL Platform"), which serves as a comprehensive knowledge-sharing platform including but not limited to mentorship programs and community engagement and all other websites, software, platforms, programs, social media pages or apps, portals and/or applications owned by or used in relation to the "Louis Limited" business name and brand ("Services"). If you are under the age of 18, you may not use our Services. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or sell information from minors under 18.

  1. Collection and Use of Personal Data

Personal Data is information that relates directly or indirectly to you, who is identified or identifiable from that information or from that and other information. This includes any sensitive personal data, religious belief or any other beliefs.

We and our third-party service providers (located within and outside of your jurisdiction) may share the Personal Data with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy & Notice, this also includes combining it with other information to provide and improve any products and services offerings. Any and all Personal Data collected will be stored in servers located within and outside your jurisdiction.

You hereby agree and understand that the purpose of such collection and retention and otherwise processing of Personal Data is towards our partnering / assisting you in your usage of the Services. In order to assist you with other functions and products in the future, we will retain your data even after you temporarily stop subscribing to the Services. By filling in your Personal Data on the Services, you expressly consent for the retention of the same.

  1. Impact Resulting from Failure to Supply Data

The failure to supply Personal Data we request from you or withdrawal of your consent to process some or all of your Personal Data may affect our ability to deliver optimised user experience service to our registered users. In addition, failure to provide certain essential or obligatory Personal Data may result in you unable to use the Services or certain functions on the Services.

Personal Data provided to us will generally be kept confidential but you hereby consent and authorize us to provide or disclose your Personal Data to the following categories of parties, which may be located within and outside of your jurisdiction:

If you opt to share content via your linked social media account, the shared content will be visible to your social media connections, other users of the platform and the social media service provider. If you choose to share information using the share function, you authorise us to facilitate the sharing of the information you have selected, and you understand that the use of shared information will be governed by the social media provider’s privacy policy; and

  1. Protection of Personal Data

We will cease to retain the Personal Data as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which that Personal Data was collected is no longer being served by retention of the personal data, and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes, and at all times subject to prevailing legal requirements.

  1. request that your Personal Data is retained by us only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected;

  1. request that we specify or explain our policies and procedures in relation to data and types of Personal Data handled by us;

  1. communicate to us your objection to the use of your Personal Data for marketing purposes whereupon we will not use your Personal Data for these purposes. Your non-consent may curtail our ability to perform some or all of the Purposes for which we have first collected your Personal Data; and

  1. withdraw, in full or in part, your consent given previously, in each case subject to any applicable legal restrictions, contractual conditions and a reasonable time period.

All request of access and correction of Personal Data relating to you shall be submitted to us in writing via email to our Privacy Officer (details at the end of this notice). Please note that a data access request that is too general or broad in nature may result in us being unable to process your request. We may also request you to provide further information and/or document to verify your identity or authority in relation to the data access and/or data correction request.

Where appropriate, we may charge a processing fee in relation to your data access and/or data correction request in accordance with the fees chargeable under the relevant and applicable laws.

Limit access to your device data

You may request us to limit the processing of your Personal Data by way of disconnecting LL Platform’s access to certain stored device information through your device’s settings. For instance, you can withdraw permission for the LL Platform to access your contact list or photo gallery.

  1. Your Rights of Withdrawal

Withdraw the consent 

If you have an Account, you may withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Data at any time by contacting us (see Clause 14 below). If you withdraw your consent to any or all use, collection, disclosure, transfer and/or processing of your personal information or do not consent to the collection of your personal information by us, we may not be able to provide or continue providing you with all features or aspects of our existing Services. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to collect, use, transfer, process and disclose personal data where such collection, usage and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws in any jurisdiction.

Delete your account and/or your personal information

You may delete your Account at any time through the relevant settings of the LL Platform, and your personal information will be deleted in the normal course of business pursuant to our current data retention practices. Subject to contractual or legal restrictions, you may also request to have all your personal information deleted by contacting us (see Clause 14 below).

We will retain and protect your data until it is no longer necessary for the provision of our Services or until your Account is deleted, except where we are required by law to retain your Personal Data for a longer period. The necessity to retain data is determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the nature of the data, the purpose for which it was collected and processed, and relevant legal, compliance, or operational retention requirements.

Upon your instruction to delete your data, you will lose access to the Services. Additionally, we will, to the extent required by legal or compliance needs, delete content you have posted, such as photos and comments, which will not be recoverable. Information shared about you by others is not considered part of your account and will not be deleted.

We and/or our affiliates collect information about you by using cookies, tracking pixels and other technologies to better understand, customize and improve user experience with our services and offerings through the Services, as well as to manage our advertising. Your web browser can be set to allow you to control whether you will accept cookies, reject cookies, or to notify you each time a cookie is sent to your browser.

We may use third-party advertising and analytics services to better understand your online activity and to provide you with content that is relevant to your interests and preferences.
