Where can I get tickets?

In the Live Your City App, available on Google Play and App Store, and on the Live Your City website 

 Do I have to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly. You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Live Your City app, within the Tickets section, or in your mail.

Remember that purchasers need to collect the Entry Ticket(s) from ISKATE’s ticket counter by presenting this voucher at least 15 minutes prior to the booked time slot.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your tickets in the Live Your City app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the venue, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Live Your City App or on the Live Your City website

Can I refund my tickets?

Tickets are nor refundable

Can I reschedule my tickets?

Unfortunately, tickets can not be rescheduled.  

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

No, for this event, you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
