2022-2023 HRACS Field Trips

   September 16 - Jacob Meyer                   

Join us for a fun-filled day of BYO family-style picnics, outdoor games, hiking, and fun for the whole family! This is a great time to make new friends, meet the Cougar Community, and enjoy an all-around family fun day!

             October 21 - Apple Ridge Farms    (Apple Hill)             

 Join our cougar family for a tour of the farm, hear about apple trees from seed to tree, apple picking, apple tasting, navigate the maze, receive a mini pumpkin, and explore all of the bountiful harvest that the farms of Apple Hill have to offer! Additional activities such as gem mining (additional cost), butterfly walk, apple barn, country store, and much more!

 November 18 -  Local Options

This is a unique field trip in that your family can choose from a variety of options all over our community! We will have some options specific to grade levels and others meant for the whole family!

  December 9 -No Field Trip: Parent Connection Hosted Event!

Enjoy some family time building our cougar community with a holiday craft and movie!

 January 27 -High Sierra Snow Play 

This is a Cougar favorite! It’s a great day of sledding for the whole Cougar Family at Leland Snow Park.

February 17  State Theater

  Join us for an enriching movie theater production with a tour, projector demo, and explanation of how movies are made, with a private showing!

March 17   Jelly Belly Factory 

For this field trip we will enjoy a tour of the factory and have the opportunity to check out the Jelly Belly store, including the discounted bags of Belly Flops!

            April 14 - PC Hosted Event

 The Parent Connection is working on a fun event on our campus for HR Families!

May 19th - Discovery Kingdom

Join our Cougar Family for a day of rides, food, and fun to kick off the summer!
