Exam Related General Instructions For Candidates

1. The exam launcher/browser will work only in the following operating systems:

• Windows 10/11  (64 bit) - Google Chrome - All versions.
• Windows 10/11  (64 bit) - Firefox - Version 72 and above.
• Ubuntu 16  (64 bit) - Firefox - Version 72 and above.  
• Ubuntu 16  (64 bit) - Google Chrome - All versions.  
• MAC OS - Not supported.  
• Windows 7 - Not supported.
• Windows 10/11 Surface versions - Not supported.

2. It is preferable to use Windows machines.
3. The procedure to download the launcher file and start the exam has been clearly mentioned in the document attached herewith.
4. We recommend that you use Google Chrome to launch the secure browser for the Mock Test. Kindly avoid any other browsers.
5. The duration of this Mock test will be 60 minutes (1 hr).
6. Please attempt a minimum of 10 questions. You may give some random answer. This test will NOT be graded. Responding to minimum questions in the mock test is Mandatory for all those who attend the exam. If you have not attended 10 questions, we will not be able to assess your participation in the SCT and hence may not be able to help you on exam day.
7. Upon completion of the test, please click on the submit button.
8. At any point of time if you face any technical difficulty, please send a screenshot in the whatsapp group explaining the issue.
9. Please ensure that you use the same laptop for the MOCK as well as Final Examination. If you come with a different laptop on exam day, we may not be able to help with any technical issues that may arise during the exam
10. Please do not use mobile or tablets to attend the mock/final exam. Use only a laptop.
