No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.
The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at nola.cm@candlelightexperience.com if you plan to bring a service animal.
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
BYOB is welcome. Please bring personal drinkware as no beverages will be served on the premises. No outside food will be permitted.
No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Free neighborhood street parking in the Lower Garden District is available, as well as paid parking on Magazine Street until 6pm. You may also take the St. Charles Streetcar to Felicity Street and walk three blocks towards the river.
We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.
What happens if the COVID regulations do not allow for the event to be hosted?
If the regulations don’t allow for the event to happen, it will be postponed to a future date. We will communicate any changes by email and through the app, and your tickets will be valid for the new date. Please ensure your Fever account is associated with your correct email to receive any notifications.
No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
