LIABILITY WAIVER STATEMENT FOR ALL VIRTUAL OFFERINGS:

By registering for a virtual offering with The Sacred Rabbit (Leilani Angel), I agree to the following:

I will be participating in yoga, wellness, healing arts, animal welfare, fashion and/or beauty related classes, and workshops (activities) both in a group and/or one-on-one, offered by The Sacred Rabbit (Leilani Angel) in a virtual setting. I understand that all “activities” offered by The Sacred Rabbit (Leilani Angel) may be physically and/or emotionally laborious and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there may be a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.

I agree that I, my heirs, or legal representatives will not sue or make any other claims of any kind against The Sacred Rabbit (Leilani Angel), or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All participants who register for any activities offered release The Sacred Rabbit (Leilani Angel) instructors and all employees of all liability regarding any injury to self or others and/or any loss or damage to personal property.
