The Experience

What can I expect from the experience?

Aqualand El Arenal is the largest water park in Palma de Mallorca and an essential destination to enjoy the Summer holidays with your family. With over 18 attractions, 3 zones and thrilling attractions, there’s endless fun for the little ones. It’s the perfect environment for a refreshing experience.

The park is located in Aqualand El Arenal. The address is Autovia Palma Arenal Km 15, El Arenal, 07600

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

This experience takes place outdoors. If a bad weather forecast means that the event cannot take place, we will notify you by email. If in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder and browse the website for updated information.

How long does the experience last?

The experience is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day from May 6 to June 30. From July 1 to August 31, the park will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.! From September 1 until September 29 (the final date of the experience), the park will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.!

Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?

You will be able to purchase food and drink at this event. However, please note that there will be no gluten-free or vegan options.

Is parking available?

Paid parking will be available. 1-Day parking costs €7 per vehicle.

Will there be products for sale?

Yes! There will be merchandise for sale in our Aquashop.

Can cameras be used on the attractions?

You can make recordings using Go-Pro without any problem, as long as it does not interfere with the attraction.

Cameras must be attached to the body - each attraction has its own rules but you can record in all of them. In order to get the most out of your recordings, we recommend that you bring head, chest, shoulder and wrist supports. It is imperative that you ask the guard before using the attraction, who will inform you about the specific regulations.

Tickets

Where can I get tickets?

On the Aqualand website, you can purchase tickets and see more information about the experience.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

A box office is available on site. However, we recommend that you reserve your tickets to speed up your access and avoid waiting in line.

Do I need to print my ticket?

If this is your preferred method, yes, however printing the ticket is not necessary. You can present them through any electronic device.

I can't find my ticket, what should I do?

Remember to check the email account and spam folder you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket and are refunds allowed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund purchased tickets. Tickets are only valid on the selected date. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. For more information, please consult our T&Cs: General Conditions of Sale - Aqualand El Arenal.

Can I make a group reservation?

You can make group reservations up to the number of tickets that our application/web allows you to buy (subject to availability). For special reservations, including but not limited to birthdays, groups, students and travel agencies, please send us your request using the following form: Contact - Aqualand El Arenal

Access to the Event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

As it’s a day ticket, you will be able to access the venue from the opening time (10:00 a.m.) until the last access time at the box office (3:30 p.m.)

Can I bring pets and are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue for this event, although we do welcome service animals.

Is the site accessible?

Yes, the event will be held in an accessible location.

Is the experience accessible to people who are deaf or visually impaired?

Both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event does not include strobe lights.

Are chairs available and can I sit during the experience/exhibition?

The site has relaxation, picnic and dining areas, and you can also reserve a hammock with your ticket during the purchase process.

Will there be restrooms available on site?

Yes, ask our on-site staff for directions.

Can I take pictures or record the experience?

Do not hesitate to take pictures and share them. When doing so, avoid disturbing other visitors.

Where can I inquire about lost and found?

We recommend going to the park’s office to check if they have your belongings. If you can't locate them on site, you can contact them using the following form: Contact - Aqualand El Arenal.

Is a checkroom available?

Yes, ask our staff for directions on site. The lockers have a cost of €7 per day.

Is there an age requirement?

There is no minimum age requirement. Children up to the age of 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult. No accompanying guardians are required after age 16. Children from 0 to 2 years old can enter for free.
