Use these clear sections to tell the story of your data project. Fill each part with short, friendly sentences so anyone can follow along.


1. Title

A short, catchy line that hints at the big idea.

2. Opening Hook

One or two sentences to grab attention.
Example: “Ever wondered which city wastes the most water?”

3. Why I Chose This Project

Explain what problem or question you wanted to solve.
Say why it matters to you or your audience.

4. What Readers Will Learn

List two or three takeaways.
Keep it simple so readers know why they should keep reading.

Name the main tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau).
State one reason each tool was helpful.

7. Analysis Steps

  1. Data cleaning (duplicates, missing values, fixes)
  2. Exploratory checks (quick charts, stats)

  4. Validation (how you tested results)

8. Key Visuals

Add images or embed charts.
Write one clear takeaway under each visual.

9. Main Insights

Bullet three to five findings in plain words.
Include one number or percent in each point.

Say how someone can use these insights.
Give at least one next step for a real user.
