Upon signing up for the service, citizens will be able to get alerts on road closings, weather alerts directly from the National Weather Service, ongoing crime situations, and other emergency notifications. This will allow you to have immediate notifications in the event of a wanted person, a dangerous weather situation, and/or general event notifications

Arrests and Reports 

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of March 12, 2024 through March 18, 2024  

March 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Christopher Hon at the Bates County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $5,000 cash only.

March 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Justin Marshall at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on two St. Clair County warrants for Driving While Revoked/Suspended- 1st Offense and Littering-1st Offense. Bond total is $700 cash only.

March 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to possible fraud. Deputies investigated the information provided and determined that it was not fraud but a civil issue.

March 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Tonya Johnson at the Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond is $10,000 cash surety.

March 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 151 Road, Osceola, for a subject with an active warrant. Audrey Weibley was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child Creating Substantial Risk-1st Degree and Harassment-2nd Degree. Bond is $10,000 Cash Surety.

March 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Kelly Jones at the Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant for Assault-4th Degree Special Victim. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

March 13, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested John Daehler at the Blue Springs Police Department on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

March 14, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Tindall Street, Lowry City, in regards to juveniles refusing to go to school. Deputies took juveniles to school.

March 14, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Lakeland School Drive, Deepwater, for an uncontrollable juvenile. Juvenile was picked up by parents. Incident was hotline and sent to the juvenile office.

March 14, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Brandon McKittrick on Truman Road, Osceola, on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $15,000 cash surety.

March 14, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Northbound 13 South of 82 Highway. Osceola Police Department assisted with the stop. Stop resulted in the arrest of Alexandra Morin for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Use of Weapon-Possess Weapon and a Felony Controlled Substance, and Delivery of Controlled Substance. Vehicle was towed.

March 14, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call to assist another agency. Deputies assisted the Children’s Division in an investigation. Investigation is ongoing.

March 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 881 Private Road, Deepwater, in regards to an ex-parte order violation. Information was taken.

March 16, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Dale Conger at the Farmington Correctional Center on a St. Clair County warrant for Probation Violation-Disc. Sexual Abuse-1st Degree. Bond is $5,000 cash only.

March 16, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South Mahan Street, Lowry City, for a report of theft. Item stolen was a black charcoal grill. Report taken and investigation is ongoing.

March 16, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 1270 Road, Deepwater, for a report of theft. Investigation is ongoing.

March 17, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call in regards to dumping of human waste. Investigation is ongoing.

March 17, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South 16th Street, Collins, for a report of stolen vehicle. Vehicle stolen is a silver 2002 Ford Explorer. Investigation is ongoing. **UPDATE** Vehicle was recovered and returned to the owner.

March 18, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast Highway ZZ, Osceola, for a medical call. Medics stated the subject was deceased with a DNR form signed. Deceased subject released to Sheldon Goodrich Funeral Home.

March 18, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Roscoe Cemetery, Roscoe, for a report of a stolen tombstone. Item was a bronze Veteran tombstone. Investigation is ongoing.
