Summer is winding down, the kids are back to school, and progress is being made on our new building at 2241 NW 178th, OKC!!! We cannot wait to be able to announce a move-in date, but until then we will be setting up our temporary location and getting it ready to hold us over until our completion date arrives. We appreciate all of the patience, encouragement, and support you have all shown during this time of transition!
Official Start Date/Temporary Location - We will be starting classes on September 16 in the Westbrook Plaza at 1145 W. 15th Street, Edmond. (See pics attached to become familiar with location.) Dance clothes/shoes are not required for the first week of classes - we will be meeting our teachers and classmates, doing fun activities, and getting acquainted with our temporary location.
Payment Information - You have access to your account ledger at all times...just login and go to your account to see all of your charges and credits, make payments, update your card info, etc. September tuition has been pro-rated for the delayed start date. Remember, your recital costs are now spread out monthly to avoid those large charges later in the season. If you are not currently set up on auto-pay and wish to be, or if you have any questions regarding your account, please contact me at 405-348-3377.
Auto-pay clients - You all should have received your receipt emails for auto-pay which was run yesterday. Please open those emails to be sure your card on file was current and processed properly. If not, please log on to your account or call me at 405-348-3377 to update.
Cash/Check clients - Please be sure to have your payments in by September 20 to avoid late fees. (Please note, we are extending our due date by one week this month only to accommodate our late start - late fees will be added on the 16th for the remainder of the season.) If your account becomes past-due, you will be required to keep a card on file.
Epic Students - You must have a card on file to pay your recital fees monthly, and to cover tuition once your Epic funds are depleted.
Now would be a good time to login to your accounts, check that your contact info is up to date, and revisit Studio J's Policies and Procedures before the season is underway.
