• BCLL to potentially fund helmet, bat racks and benches for dugouts

• Joe reviewing fencing quotes – need to confirm if we are replacing fencing and posts or just fencing – posts are good for the most part; may need to replace top yellow piping as well

• Potential to look at 2 new pitching machines (machine pitch league and Junior league); need to confirm what we currently have and maybe sell ones we are not using; may be an attachment for Jugs machine to accommodate both softballs and baseballs – need both feeder tubes

• Sponsorship rates for new banners

• 3’ x 3’ = $275
• 3’ x 6’ = $400

• Discuss sponsorship fee for sponsorship w/ existing banner
