The Albany Gooners are dedicated to providing a welcoming experience that has a positive and memorable impact for everyone.
Our actions should reflect our group and our club in a positive light, wherein all members and future members of The Albany Gooners can feel welcome.
Albany Gooners are encouraged to cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, referees, opposing team, fans and players.
Albany Gooners conduct themselves in a lawful manner to avoid incidents in the stadium and in the parking lots.
The Zero Tolerance Portion of the Code of Conduct includes the following and will result in expulsion from the venue.
- Abusive, harassing, threatening, disruptive, or violent behavior
- The use of language or display of gestures, symbols, signs, or imagery that would reasonably be considered threatening, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory in nature, on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation. Platforms for display include clothing, signage, chants, social media posts, or any other communication methods.
- Illegal conduct of any kind, including:
- Consumption of controlled substances
- Fighting or inciting violence
- Conduct that damages property either of the venue or personal property
- Consumption of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21

- Always be courteous to venue staff
Violation of the Member Code of Conduct will result in sanctions as deemed applicable by the Albany Gooners Board, including but not limited to warnings, fines, suspensions, venue bans, or removal of supporter privileges.
