April 2021	Signatories for vicroads	Signatories will be updated for the club permit removing Simon and replacing them with Laurie, awaiting a few signatures then lodgement. Signatories will be reviewed AGM.
October 2021	Register ABN	An ABN is required. Jarryd will arrange this. ABN should be supplied very soon

Club Permit Report:

Club permits process is tightened up and published on the club website.

Permits will be cancelled for any member who is not financial one month after their membership expiry
All vehicles without pictures of the vehicle in the club database will arrange to present the vehicle for inspection with clu permit officer
Renewal will only be signed at club meetings on presentation of a valid membership card or by post
Renewals will be recorded by a club permit officer in the club database.
