Each team consists of 5 players. All 5 players are properly and timely registered on the website (registrations close 1 hour before the start of the competition). Each team can have a maximum of one substitute player, who cannot simultaneously play for another team.
The team must consist of at least 3 players with citizenship from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, Austria, Italy, or Hungary. The other two players can be from anywhere in the world, but all must attend the live event in the case of qualification, in the same lineup as they qualified. Teams can only change/add 1 player for playoffs.
The competition consists of three open qualifiers, playoffs, and a final event.
The individual qualifiers will take place on the following dates:
January 21, 2024: Road-to Qualifier 1 at 15:00
February 10, 2024: Road-to Qualifier 2 at 15:00
March 03, 2024: Road-to Qualifier 3 at 15:00
March 23, 2024: Road-to Playoffs at 15:00
April 6, 2024: Finals
The open qualifiers follow a single-elimination format in a Best of 1, with the top four teams advancing to the playoffs.
The playoffs will be held in a single-elimination system, with all matches in a Best of 3 format.
The administrator reserves the right to change the format in case of an insufficient number of teams or if a format change would impact the optimal course of the competition. In the event of changes, the administrator will inform the participating teams in a timely manner.
The tournament administrator is Žan Zupančič.
Players must behave respectfully towards the administrator. The administrator has the final say in all decisions and conflicts.
In extreme cases, the administrator reserves the right to change the rules.
Players must be ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of the game. If the team is not ready to play within this time frame, it forfeits the game.
If a team is late:
5 minutes -> loses 1 map ban
10 minutes -> loses side selection
15 minutes -> loses the game
Teams are entitled to a 15-minute break between individual games. - The administrator reserves the right to change the time limits if necessary.
The organization reserves the right to change an individual's name if it does not comply with the competition rules.
The name may be changed in the following cases:
In addition to the above, the organizer reserves the right to change a name that is exclusively associated with sponsorship, is offensive, vulgar, or promotes hatred. The organizer also reserves the right to expand, modify, or remove this article if necessary.

If players have incorrect settings, the game will be paused and reset. All rounds played with incorrect settings will be invalidated.
Each player must have their Valorant account.
All games will start according to the schedule unless the administrator determines otherwise.
Settings must be as specified in the IN-GAME SETTINGS section.
Team A – the team listed first on Toornament (upper team)
Team B – the lower team
BO1:
Team A – bans one map.
Team B – bans one map.
Team A – bans one map.
Team B – bans one map.

The remaining map is the chosen map.
Team A selects the side.
BO3:
The team with the higher seed can decide if they want to be Team A or Team B. In games where teams don't have seeds (e.g., semifinals and finals), the higher and lower seed are determined by a coin toss.
Team A – bans one map.
Team B – bans one map.
Team A – chooses the map for the first game.
Team B – chooses the side to start in the first game.
Team B – chooses the map for the second game.
Team A – chooses the side to start in the second game.
Team A – bans one map.
Team B – bans one map.
In the third game, if it occurs, the map played is the one remaining.
Team A - chooses the side for the third game.
Each map can only be selected once. If a map is banned, neither side can choose it.
After the map selection process, the team captains write in the lobby that the team is ready. The game must not start until both teams are ready.
The game must start within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
The winning team must take a screenshot at the end of the game and send it to the #screenshot-results channel on Discord.
All agents, weapons, sprays, skins, buddies, and maps that are disabled in other game modes (e.g., unrated, rated) during the tournament are also prohibited for use in the tournament.

Cheating, altering game files, exploiting bugs, or using any third-party applications that would give the team an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
The use of any cheats is entirely forbidden. The use of cheats is punished with immediate disqualification of the team. The following are prohibited:
Anything understood as a bug will be investigated by the team of administrators, who will make an on-the-spot judgment on whether it constitutes a violation. When deciding, the team will consider previous violations, bug classification, prior communication, impact on the course of the game, and intent.
Specific bugs related to agents – Cypher:
Using cameras so that they are not visible or destructible is considered bug exploitation. All cameras must be destructible and visible from both teams.
Cameras must not be placed in locations outside the boundaries of the map.
In case of dilemmas or questions, contact the tournament administrator.
Technical Pause
The game can only be paused in the following cases:
The team requesting a pause must first communicate it to the opponents in all-chat and provide the reason for the pause.
A pause during the game is not possible when players are in combat or after the Spike has been planted.
During the pause, players must not move around the map. When both teams are ready, the game can resume.
Each team is allowed a total of 5 minutes of pause time per map.
The pause is initiated by players pressing the Esc key and selecting 'pause match timer' under the 'cheats' option.
Tactical Pause
Each team is entitled to two 60-second timeouts (tactical pause) per map. In the case of overtime, each team is entitled to one additional tactical pause lasting up to 60 seconds.

Tactical pause can only be initiated at the end of a round.
Any abuse of the pause and non-compliance with the rules will result in the disqualification of the team.
If a player or team wishes to file a complaint regarding the course or result of the game, they must notify the administrator before the start of the next game.
Cheating, disregarding the rules, or disrespectful communication with administrators and other players will result in the immediate disqualification of the team from the tournament.
Any form of match-fixing, unserious playing, or deliberate losing will result in the disqualification of the entire team.
Account sharing or assuming the identity of other players will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team from the tournament and, at the discretion of the administrators, a ban from participating in Game Gang and SPID.si tournaments for a specified period.
External observers are not allowed, except for official representatives of the organizer/partners and observers.
During gameplay, players must not watch or listen to the official stream of their game.
Players must not prematurely reveal game results or post comments on the stream before the end of the game.
Each team can have one substitute player who cannot play for another team simultaneously. The substitute player must also be properly registered before the registration deadline.
The team can use the substitute player at any time during individual games, but they must inform the administrator and their opponents about this before the start of the game.
Voice communication programs such as Discord and Teamspeak are allowed. However, overlays in communication programs are not permitted.
All decisions made by the administrator are final.
The administrator reserves the right to change the rules if necessary. Rule changes may occur (but not exclusively) in the following situations:
The competition is played on a different patch, requiring rule modifications for fair play.
New bugs are discovered during the competition.
Players engage in unfair play, cheat, or impact the game results in any unfair manner.
Delays occur that prevent the competition from concluding within the expected timeframe.
