Preparation

to the gym

Please encourage your child to eat a healthy snack after school before heading to the gym.
Each day will include skill work and scrimmages.
Team Expectations
Be on time and prepared for practice (proper shoes & athletic clothes).
Listen to your coach.
When the coach
talks you listen and
keep the ball
quiet.
Repeated behavior issues may result in a practice suspension.
Respect, encourage others and play with integrity.
Silent Dismissal
A basketball list will be created.
You
are responsible for adding your child to the list.
