This exciting expansion, set to commence in January 2024, is part of Techtonica's ongoing commitment to bridge the diversity gap in the tech industry and provide valuable support to visionary clients.

About Techtonica

Techtonica partners with tech companies to provide free tech training, laptops, living stipends, and job placement to women and non-binary adults seeking economic empowerment. What sets Techtonica apart is its commitment to underserved, diverse populations, offering them a tuition-free, full-time program that prepares and places them in the software engineering field. Key differentiators include:

• Diversity and Inclusion: 85% of participants are people of color, 19% have a disability, 8% identify outside the gender binary, and 2% are veterans.
• Financial Support: Techtonica provides stipends to help with living and childcare costs, and MacBooks to those in need.
