「率先玩VR過山車！」有獎活動

條款及細則：

1. 是次活動舉行日期由2017年11月29日至2017年12月3日(香港時間晚上11時59分結束)
2. 邀請朋友玩VR過山車的內容將根據以下準則由海洋公園評審。

3. 答對問題再加上邀請內容最高分的250位將成為得獎者，每位得獎者將會透過電郵獲得海洋公園入場門票兩張，並可率先試玩VR過山車。得獎者將被隨機分配於12月8日(星期五)或12月10日(星期日)其中一日及指定時段率先試玩過山車。請留意指定時段不能更改，如未能準時出席，則屬放棄。
4. 得獎名單將於2017年12月5日公佈。
5. 得獎者必須於指定日期，帶同身份證明文件及電子門票親身與一位親友到海洋公園入口一同進場。
6. 試玩VR過山車必須13歲或以上及身高122cm或以上，並且遵守有關安全守則。
7. 十一歲或以下小童必須由十五歲或以上之人士陪同。
8. 每個參加者只可遞交答案一次，每位參加者只限獲獎一次。參加者若有重覆參賽，則以首先遞交之答案為準。
9. 得獎名單將於海洋公園Facebook專頁內公布。
10. 參加者必須提供包括姓名、聯絡電話及電郵地址的個人資料，以便海洋公園通知得獎者有關領取獎品事宜。
11. 參賽者須同意及遵守比賽規則。如任何參賽者違反規則，海洋公園有權取消其參賽及獲獎資格，並有權要求參賽者退還有關獎品。海洋公園保留追究及索償權利。
12. 比賽結果以海洋公園的決定為依歸，所有作品由海洋公園以是否切合主題及富有創意作評審，選出得獎者。海洋公園保留對比賽規則、評審準則、得獎名單及獎品安排的修改及解釋權利，如有更改恕不另行通知。不設上訴機制。
13. 海洋公園擁有參賽作品的版權，並有權對參賽作品內容作出修改、編輯、複製、發表、分發、展覽及上載至網頁及社交網站之權利，而毋須徵求參賽者同意，亦毋須向參賽者支付任何費用。
14. 所有獎品不可換取現金，亦不可轉售，違者可被檢控。
15. 海洋公園將保留一切有關活動之最終決定權，包括更改此活動的條款及細則、獎品及其他安排，而毋須另行通知。

Terms and Conditions:

1. This contest will take place from 29 November 2017 to 3 December 2017 (ends at 11:59PM HK time).
2. Invitation to friends to have a preview ride on VR roller coaster will be judged by Ocean Park based on the follow criteria:

3. Answer questions correctly and the invitation scored as the top 250 will become winners. Each winner will receive TWO Ocean Park admission tickets and timeslot for preview of VR coaster by email. Winners will be assigned randomly for the preview  on either 8 December (Friday) or 10 December (Sunday), with a designated time slot for the VR roller coaster ride.  The designated time slot cannot be changed.  If the winner fails to show up on time, it will be considered as forfeited.
4. Winners will be announced on 5 December 2017.
5. Winners must present their identification document and their E-ticket at Ocean Park’s turnstiles for admission with one of their friends and family on designated date.
6. To ride on VR roller coaster, must be at least aged 13 and at least 122cm in height. He / She should follow the rules and regulations.
7. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above.
8. Participants may only submit their answers once, and will only win a prize once. If there are multiple submissions from a single participant, only the first submission will be considered.
9. Results will be posted through Ocean Park official Facebook page.
10. All participants will be required to provide their name, contact no. and email address in order for us to communicate with the winners about prize redemption details.
11. By entering the giveaway activity, participants agree to the guidelines and rules. Where the guidelines and rules requirements are found not to have been observed, Ocean Park retains the right to disqualify any award made and to seek the return of prizes given, and reserves the right to seek compensation.
12. The results of the contest are based on the judges’ decisions. Ocean Park reserves the right to amend the regulations, judging criteria, winners’ list and prizes without informing participants in advance.
13. Ocean Park is entitled to the copyright of every participant’s submission.  Ocean Park has the right to change, edit, copy, publish, disseminate, exhibit and post participant submissions on Ocean Park’s website and social media platforms without requesting consent and providing any sort of compensation to the participant.
14. All prizes are non-transferable. They cannot be resold; offenders will be subjected to prosecution.
15. The decisions of the judges are final and cannot be appealed. The final decisions on the campaign shall rest with Ocean Park, who may amend the terms and conditions or any other arrangements concerning the campaign at any stage without informing the participants.
