Reinforced Safety and Hygiene Measures

Our commitment to our users and our staff

We have adapted the event to guarantee your safety throughout the experience:

• It will be mandatory for all attendees to show a Covid Pass or proof of a negative PCR or Antigen test within the previous 48 hours, or exemption, to the event staff in order to access the event. Feel free to reach out to hello@feverup.com if you require additional assistance.
• The capacity of the event will be limited.
• It will be necessary to book your ticket in advance in order to allow better control of entries and thus meet the applicable standards in terms of physical distancing.
• All spaces will be fitted out taking into account the new physical distancing rules.

We will ensure that all participants have appropriate and individual protective equipment:

• Masks will be mandatory and available if necessary.
• Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers will also be available on site at many locations throughout the experience.
• Temperature checks will be carried out before entering the event and will be mandatory.

We will ensure safe interactions between all our staff and our participants:

• All team members (staff and actors) of the event will wear gloves, masks or protective screens for some of them.
• All team members (staff and actors) will carry out regular prevention tests.
• All team members (staff and actors) will maintain an enhanced level of hygiene by washing their hands regularly and using hand sanitizer.

Reinforced cleaning measures:

• We adapt reception capacities according to the latest government guidelines.
• We will disinfect the place of the experience on a regular and reinforced basis.
• Clothing, costumes and in general, all equipment will be regularly disinfected.

During the experience, clear information about your safety will be a priority:

• We will communicate the food safety information at the start of each session, so that each participant is aware of the guidelines.
• Our employees will receive comprehensive and enhanced training on all security measures and procedures.
