As Questions are received regarding the 2021 and 2022 Tournament Bid - Request for Proposal packages, the answers will be made available here for everyone to have the opportunity to have the same information.

1. Question: Can I bid for more than one year and more than one tournament?

1. Answer: Yes, anyone who is able to meet all the minimum requirements of the 2021 / 2022 tournament’s rfp package may bid for multiple years and multiple events.  Each appropriate rfp package for the tournament and year must be fully completed for each bid submitted.

2. Question: Can we bid for the Mixed Championship for 2021 and 2022 and also bid for the Senior Championship for 2021 and 2022?

1. Yes, you may bid for multiple tournament for multiple years.  A separate bid rfp much be filled out for each tournament and each year bidding for.  In this case, 4 rfp’s must be submitted.
