Product Decomposed: Electric Knife

Description

This is an electric knife with a reciprocating blade meant for carving meats and cutting food.

How it works:

A universal motor supplied with AC power rotates a worm shaft. This shaft then interacts with a helical gear which cause the blades to move in and out rapidly.
