Welcome to the GLOBAL WILDLIFE FAIR ("the Event"), taking place in New Delhi on Oct. 30 - Nov. 01, 2026 at Travancore Palace, New Delhi. These Visitor Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for attending the Event. By participating, all visitors agree to comply with these Terms.
2.1. Registration Process: Visitors must register through the official Event website/form.
2.2. Information Accuracy: Visitors are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. The Event organisers are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by visitors.
2.3. Non-transferable Badges: Upon registration, visitors will receive non-transferable badges. These badges must be carried at all times within the Event premises.
3.1. Free Entry: Entry to the Event is free for all visitors. However, registration is mandatory to secure a visitor pass.
3.2. Refunds: Since entry is free, no refunds will be issued.
4.1. Visitor Responsibility: Visitors attend the Event at their own risk. The organizers and exhibitors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the Event.
4.2. Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The organizers and exhibitors are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
4.3. Insurance: Visitors are encouraged to obtain personal insurance coverage for their protection, as the Event does not provide insurance.
5.1. Right to Change: The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, timing, or venue of the Event without prior notice.
5.2. Notification: Efforts will be made to inform visitors of any changes through the official Event website and other communication channels.
6.1. Behavior: Visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event.
6.2. Compliance: Visitors must adhere to all instructions from Event staff, security personnel, and local authorities.
7.1. Respect Exhibitor Rights: All content, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed by exhibitors remain the property of their respective owners.
7.2. Unauthorized Use Prohibited: Visitors are prohibited from using or reproducing any intellectual property displayed at the Event without permission.
8.1. Data Collection: The Event organizers may collect personal data from visitors for registration and communication purposes.
8.2. Data Protection: All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.1. Unforeseen Events: The organizers are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or alterations to the Event caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or governmental actions.
10.1. Indemnity: Visitors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event organizers, their affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from their attendance at the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or breach of these Terms.
10.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from participation in the Event.
11.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
12.1. Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the official Event website and take effect immediately upon posting.
13.1. Agreement: By attending the Event, all visitors agree to abide by these Visitor Terms and Conditions.
