CLASS DESCRIPTION: This year in Literature 250 we will be introducing several chapter books covering a variety of genres. This class is for children who are able to read aloud in class & at home, listen intently to several chapters, comprehend and complete activities and homework assignments based on the weekly selection. We will also be focusing some of our time on writing skills such as writing complete sentences & paragraphs. We will complete at least one book report & an end of the year project to be chosen from the completed reading material. The selected literature will incorporate Christianity, geography, science, language arts, fine arts, and human relationships. Our goal this year is to read & discuss 6-7 titles.

PROJECTS/LABS: Fun & creative projects to be completed as homework or in class at the completion of each book.
