 Abstract submission guidelines

MTA NRC aims to bring together mathematics teachers from schools and colleges, mathematics educators and individuals interested in various aspects of mathematics education on a common platform to showcase their best practices.

Participants who are interested to present their work during the paper and poster presentation sessions of the conference must upload their abstract in the required format latest by 15th December 2024.

The format of abstract submission is as follows:

  1. Every abstract must include a title and a write up of 500-1000 words.
  2. All presentations must be based on one of the five themes of the conference. Each abstract should indicate the theme which the paper will be addressing.
  3. The abstract must be submitted as a PDF in English or Hindi.In case of a handwritten document please scan and upload the same.
  4. The filename should be :

mtanrc2025_(name of the person with first name and surname separated by . ) e.g Someone by the name Anjali Singh may submit her abstract using the filename mtanrc2025_anjali.singh

The themes of the conference are as follows:

Theme 1: Innovations in Mathematics Teaching and Learning: Experiences and Narratives from the Classroom

Theme 2: Mathematics Education in a Digital Age

Theme 3: Bridging Gaps in Mathematics Learning

Theme 4: Mathematics and Computational Thinking

Theme 5: Teacher Professional Development in Mathematics
